Ravi is the Founder of Suryansh Group, established in 2010 with a clear vision to deliver practical, real-time solutions to the energy sector. Over the years, he has led the company through both challenges and milestones, building a resilient and growth-driven organisation. From early automation projects in India to delivering full EPC solutions for a captive power plant at an international airport in the Maldives, Ravi has overseen the company's steady expansion into global markets. Today, Suryansh Group focuses on turnkey solutions across power plants, steel, cement, solar energy, and industrial automation. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.

Uday has served as an Electrical Manager at Suryansh Automation and Technology, bringing over 12 years of international experience across Asia, Europe, and Africa. He has worked with major utility organisations, developing deep expertise in power systems and infrastructure. At Suryansh, he led engineering design, power system reliability, and switchgear and switchyard operations. His role also spanned SCADA automation and control systems, ensuring robust and efficient electrical operations across projects.

Anupam brings over 25 years of experience in the power plant industry. Having worked with leading organisations such as Wärtsilä and other major utility companies, he brings extensive international exposure across Asia, Europe, and Africa. An expert in engineering, project management, operations and maintenance, customer relations, and strategic planning, he plays a key role in delivering complex energy projects at scale.

Indranil Chatterjee is a seasoned management professional with over 25 years of experience in industrial operations, power generation, manufacturing, and project management. He has led complex projects across diverse sectors, consistently delivering operational efficiency and high-value outcomes. His expertise includes Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Quality Management Systems (QMS), process optimisation, and strategic planning. He has extensive experience managing large-scale assets such as DG-based power plants, MV/LV electrical systems, and industrial infrastructure. Indranil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Operations Management, and is Six Sigma certified.
